The Mayts Difference

Our guarantee, quality for our clients and safety for our team

What we Value

When we decided to form Mayts Pty Ltd, we asked ourselves, what are the values that we pride ourselves on and how can we use them to help others. This formed the backbone of our business and we find ourselves constantly referring back to these values to ensure Mayts continues to be the best at what we do.

  • Team Work
  • Continual Learning
  • Creative Thinking
  • Passion
  • Preparedness
  • Social Responsibility

To be the best, we have to be the best at constantly putting these values into action and we know that as a result, our reward will be your trust and complete satisfaction.

A culture of quality

Mayts’ quality assurance system as a whole has been developed to work in conjunction with the general quality checklists to do with defects and occupation certification. It focuses on our in-house systems and tools that ensure our teams deliver a high quality project from the outset. This in turn creates a culture focused team which strives to:

  • Improve communication with our clients and shared learning
  • Reduce errors, defects and time constraints, and
  • Create high client satisfaction due to consistent quality and service.

Mayts views the need to manage quality on each and every project it undertakes so that, as a company:

  • We continually improve the effectiveness of the Mayts operations for all projects.
  • We ensure that we meet the requirements of the client and our contractual and regulatory requirements, and
  • We provide the building resources required to comply with the budgetary constraints of the project.

A culture of quality

Our Project Quality Plan (PQP) for each project sets out the means by which Mayts plans to implement and manage the quality assurance process for the project.

Our quality systems and processes set out how we intend to manage the quality of work by the various trades involved with each stage and to ensure that the end product meets the requirements of:

  • Statutory Regulations
  • The Building Code of Australia
  • Australian Standards
  • The Contractual Agreement.

In detail, the following list highlighted just some of the measured we employ to ensure quality assurance expectations are met:

  • Monitor the subcontractors daily work progress
  • Inspect building materials received onsite for the proper documentation, condition and completeness
  • Ensure the completion of all deficiencies in materials and workmanship in a timely manner
  • Maintain complete, accurate and periodic document control

As a result, we ensure the completed project realises or exceeds the quality expectations of our clients.
